Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Vomiting
I have lower stomich pains kinda on my abs , it almost feels like I need to pass gas but dont. Its hard too posture up or stand straight up it makes it hurt worse, I tried too drink a little water but it made me puke and so does car rides . I didnt wake up with the pain ,

this sort of pain abdomen can be due to excessive flatulence,fluids or some obstruction,or some kind of abdominal infection,or indigestion
go ahead with an ultrasound abdomen &pelvis with x-ray erect abdomen to find out for the cause
