Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain At Night
Hi. I ve had a stomach ache since wed(4 days). Started at bedtime, didn t sleep all night. Twisted and turned. Only comfortable sitting up. Pain not as bad now but still doesn t feel right. Nausea. No diarrhea or vomiting. Fatigue and chills, no fever. Been eating toast and water since Thursday. Viral?

Your symptoms seem to be related to viral infection.
I recommend using Acetaminophen for the pain.
I also recommend to use antacids such as Maloox to reduce the acidity in the stomach.
