Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain Despite Taking Andial

Hi, I took andial 2mg and ORS in 200ml water for loose motion with mild pain in Upper stomach and burp. Afternoon had loose motion 1time now 4times from 10PM. Took andial 2mg just now but still I have mild stomach pain can I take more than 1tab immediately

Andial Tablet is indicated for the treatment of loose stools, non infective diarrhea, mild travelers diarrhea, idiopathic diarrhea in AIDS patients and other conditions.
In adults, Initial dose: 4 mg followed by 2 mg after each loose motion not exceeding 16mg per day.This drug may help control symptoms of diarrhea.Persistence of symptoms and pain on this drug may mean a more etiologic management is needed.Possible causes may include bacterial, viral or parasitic digestive infections, food poisoning...I will advise the following:
-Continue with andal tablets
-continue with ORS for fluid and ions replacement.
-Add zinc tablets to help in intestinal repair
-Add an anti-spasmodic pain drug like spasfon
-You may take some bananas since it can help improve on stool quality
Then see your Doctor for examination and a stool exam/culture.From the results of the test, more objective treatment may be prescribed.
