Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain, Diarrhea And Exhaustion

Hello over several years now not very often maybe three times so far this year has it happened. I get extremely bad stomachs pain so bad I sweat and become on some level delirious from the pain I sit on the toilet and go to the bathroom diarrjea and then after I am exhausted. Things I ve ate prior have been five layer burrito at Taco Bell, whopper burger king, bagel with spray butter, tuna salad, mild tummy discomfort after eating hotdogs wrapped in cheese croissant. It started about four years ago and hadn t had any similar experience like it. I m unaware of food allergies possible besides mildly nuts give me gas and bloated. I also on occasion stand up and almost completely black out I ve had to grab onto something it s so bad. Please help me figure out what s wrong
