Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain For 3 Days In My Toddler When Meftal-P Helped Somewhat But The Pain Persists

My daughter is suffering from stomach ache since last three days she is 4 yrs i have given Meftal p 5ml and her weight is 14 kgs....But she has not recovered completely but still some time she says stomach is paining.... What could you suggest... Thank you.
