General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the stomach pain may be in concern with underlying gastric upset via viral or other bug.The numbness in the arms may be of subjective phenomenon in ADHD child or if particular neurologic work up is being carried out via sensory, motor evaluation with reflexes and its problematic or significant, underlying myopathy issue must be sorted out via some sort of autoimmune disorder.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
