Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain That Feels Like Pain In The Muscles Of A Child

Hi, my 8 years old baby suffering her baily pain, we went to see doctor and she says it seems muscular pain and has given brofine and panadol syrup.. but for 1 week now and there is no improvement... baby used to carry her heavy school bag and her class on 1st floor so she has to go via stairs. Pls advice what that pain should be?
