Recently ive been having bad stumoch pains and have been struggling to eat, i took an mdma pill on the weekend, (usually i am fine and can easily stay up all night and do it) and as soon as it hit my belly i began vommiting alot. There was small chunks of blood in it and it has been three days now, but i still have belly cramps, acid reflux, everytime i eat i feel sick and my belly is very swollen. Is this serious? Should i go to a hospital?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there,
Vomiting with blood in it is something that needs to be looked at by a general surgeon. He may conduct an endoscopy or a scan to find out if there is any problem with your food pipe. For the time being be on a liquid diet. try to have coconut water, fruits and non-fatty foodstuffs. Our aim is to prevent you from getting dehydrated . Also tab pantop 40 can be had once a day to relieve the acid reflux and belly cramps.

You do need to visit a surgeon nevertheless.
Hope this helps,
Please feel free to address any further queries to me. I will be glad to help you out.
