Suggest Treatment For Stomach Upset And Irregular Periods

hi as i stay far away from my home i can't able to have a proper meal everyday....i start my day with an empty stomach only have two cups of coffee whole day then at night i will have 2 packet of maggi noodles or buicuits everyday and now i am geting use to it. very rarely i take a proper meal and whenever i take it i feel like i have done an overeating and then my stomach gets upset. my periods are also irregular they get skip for 1months or so
