Suggest Treatment For Stomachache And Loose Stools For A 5-year-old Kid

My 5yo autistic grandson just passed this morning in the care of his paternal grandmother. She told the police that he was complaining of a stomachache resulting in loose stool. When the ambulance arrived he had black liquids coming from his nose and mouth. I m on my way home grieving and wanting to know what could ve happened to my grandson?

This situation could be related to drinking any substances like cleaning liquids, etc. A viral or bacterial infection can not be excluded either. For this reason, it is necessary going to the ER for a physical exam, some blood lab tests and an X ray of the thorax and abdomen, coupled with a stool analysis.
