Suggest Treatment For Stomachache For A 3.5-year-old Kid

Hi, My daughter is 3 yr 6 mnths old. She has been complaining stomachache since yesterday and doing loose tools also ... For stomachache her doctor recommended cyclopam syrup.... She was complaining for the same 2 months before that time her doctor advised for diof (antibiotic).. Can i give her the same now??

Hi,

It seems to be acute attach of gastroenteritis. Diof seems more potent in her case than cyclopam as it will have infective coverage. Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen and anti spasmodic like Drotaverine can be given if pain persists. Probiotics may also be given.
