General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms you are describing could be caused by a variety of conditions. Here are a few possibilities:
* Inner ear disorder: Your symptoms of dizziness, nausea, and ringing in the ears could be caused by an inner ear disorder such as Meniere's disease or labyrinthitis.
* Circulatory problems: The pain in your arms and shoulders could be caused by poor circulation, or a problem with your heart or blood vessels.
* Nerve-related problems: Your symptoms could also be due to nerve-related problems, such as a pinched nerve in the neck or carpal tunnel syndrome.
* Anxiety: Sometimes, anxiety can cause dizziness and nausea, as well as a feeling of pressure in the chest.

It's important to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment. They may recommend some tests, such as an MRI or CT scan, to help identify the cause of your symptoms. Depending on the cause, treatment may include medications, physical therapy, or lifestyle changes such as stress reduction techniques, dietary modifications, or exercise.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
