i have strep throat, started amoxicillin early this morning, white coating/spots on back of throat are now turning brownish black in parts? is this an additional complication or the result of the antibiotic starting to take affect. i feel worse than i did this a.m. prior to going to the dr., swallowing is virtually impossible and so painful.
