General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You can take over the counter analgesics like Paracetamol and Ibuprofen. Practice belly breathing, yoga, meditation, be well hydrated, be physically active, get your eye sight checked, get psychological counselling and don't be sleep deprived.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
