Suggest Treatment For Stress And Overactive Bladder

I have both stress and overactive inconntence. About a month ago I had Botox and it has not helped. Before that a needle with electrods to my lower leg, medications and nothing helped. I an 54, overweight, had 5 children, and a hystorectamy in 2006. Is there any help for me that I have not tried?
