Suggest Treatment For Stress Caused Due To Violent Behavior Of Spouse

Im not sure how to ask this or how to handle it anymore but it seems like everytime my husband leaves the house to go do an errand he comes home w a real unbelievable attitude n gets up in my face n does nothing but yell n scream at me. Wat should I do n how do I handle it?

(Because of stress, anxiety, depression he must be behaving like this)
