Hello thanks for choosing HCM for your health related queries
I can understand your concern. A lot of school goers face similar problems while dealing with their parents. You have to understand this things that parents can be rigid but they show rigidness only for welfare of their children. I can understand your mental status when your mother ignores your health and she relate the panic attacks with
asthma. But if you want to make her aware about your problems and go and talk with her directly. Explain her about the symptoms you are having like persistent
stress, depression, negative thoughts, suicidal ideas, thoughts of killing someone, emotional breakdowns etc. If you cant talk with her directly then talk to your father or other family member of home and the discuss with your mother. Ask her that you want to
consult a psychiatrist for your problem and there should be no stigma in consulting a psychiatrist.
The symptoms you have mentioned suggest moderate to
severe depression and these need proper evaluation and treatment. Talk to her and then visit a psychiatrist for help.
Thanks, Hope this helps you. Take care
