Suggest Treatment For Stress Fracture In Thoracic Region

I had a fall from a bed. According to a MRI of the Thoracic region and a xray, I have a stress fracture at the t3 level. There is a large amount of inflamation at the sight. What is typically done as a treatment? Just for the record, I have had a double fusion at L4/5 and L5S1.
