Suggest Treatment For Strong Urine Odor And Frequent Urination
I have a strong odor urine, also I pee about 4 times a night. I take a blood pressure medication, and juice plus capsules that are antoxidents, plus vit, d plus calcium. I tend to drink more water at night because that's when I can sit down and relax. I'am 69 years old and in fairly good health. Diabetes runs in my family also Cancer of the bladder, bone, and lung.
Hi there, Thanks for using HCM. Strong urine odor and frequent urination could indicate urinary tract infection. Urinalysis including urine culture and sensitivity test may be done. These tests would show whether you have urinary infection. If so the organisms causing it and the antibiotics to which they are sensitive. You may have to take a course of one of the antibiotics. You have not mentioned about your sex in your post. If you are a male, then prostate enlargement and associated urinary tract infection are to be ruled out. An ultrasound examination may show whether the prostate is enlarged causing these symptoms.
