Every time I swallow, I can feel phlegm in my throat, it is difficult to get out and I sometimes have trouble swallowing. Sometimes I feel like I'm choking. I could not eat my dinner tonight because I felt like my food was blocking my throat. Could there be swelling in the back of my throat or it is something else?
