Suggest Treatment For Stuffy Nose
If your nose is stopped up and you can t breath out of it half the time you have to breath out of your mouth and you have a slight cough but everything else is fine what is that? I don t believe it s my allergies because when i take the allergy meds it goes away but it comes right back.

This could be due to turbinate hypertrophy which can be seen in allergic disorders. Avoid gardens, pollution, smoke and dust. Consume warm food and fluids. Take Tablet Cetrizine 10mg at night for a week. You can do steam inhalation for relief.
