Suggest Treatment For Stuffy Nose

Approximately three years ago I developed a stuffy nose condition. I had sinus surgery last November but it didn t improve my condition noticeably. All allergy tests came back negative. I do not drink or smoke and I bike 100 miles each week. I don t do drugs.
