Suggest Treatment For Subchorionic Hematoma

My 23 year old daughter had a miscarriage a month ago at almost 15 weeks. She had a subchrionic hematoma. Now after a hystosonogram they found a small lesion. She will be having in taken out soon. She is petrified it is cancerous and now has me scared. Are these things usually benign? Our family has a history of fibroids. Thank you.
