Suggest Treatment For Subserosal Fibroid In Uterus

Hi I am 28 yrs old In my pelvis scan it revealed that i have a small subserosal fibroid in the anterior wall of uterus measuring 20*18mm and the endometrial thickness measures 7mm And i have polycysic ovaries .I am married .I would like toto know what treatment i should go for and whether these problems prevent me from getting regnant .Thanks Neeja
