What does it mean bulky and anteverted uterus.there are subserous fibroid nodules in the anterior and posterior walls measuring 20×26mm and 23×30mm.the cavity is empty,intact and regular. No evidence of intra or extrauterine gestation. Endometrial thickness 6.2mm
