HELLO I AM HAVING TROUBLE I THINK WITH MY BODY CONTROLING ITS TEMPTURE... IM AT WORK AND ALL DAY I HAVE BEEN GOING FROM SWEETING HOT TO COLD... HAPPENES ALOT SEVEARITY DIFFERS HOWEVER IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME... HAPPENS ALOT BEEN DOING IT FOR OVER A YEAR... BUT SOME DAYS ARE TOTALLY FINE

Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and following is symptomwise approach:

1. If it is generalised sweating one should check with thyroid and blood sugar level and chest x- ray for any lung pathology and treat accordingly and if one is recovering from viral fever it can also cause sweating in which plenty of oral fluids are sufficient.

2. If it is localised to palms & soles then
. use footwear that allows evaporation
. wear loose cotton socks & do not use shoes with plastic or synthetic fibre lining

If it is localised to axillae
. wash & scrub the axillae with deodarant soap 2 times a day
. shave axillary hairs regularly
. use loose cotton clothes.

3. Avoid: garlic, onion, curry, fish, caffeine which give rise to body temperature & odour

4. check with a Neurologist to see whether there is any generalised anxiety disorder or brain pathology.
