Suggest Treatment For Sudden Dizziness And Nausea

I recently had a dizzy spell and I am concerned about what may have caused it. The dizzy spell involved the room spinning somewhat, a feeling of light headedness and nausea. I have new glasses (did not have glasses or contacts before) for nearsightedness and bifocals. I have yet to adjust to the bifocals - in finding that sweet spot. Could the glasses be the problem?

Thanks for asking HCM.
it takes time to adjust to the new glasses. But you should also suspect some of the other causes of giddiness such as cervical spondilysis, nerve compression etc. if a patient like you come to my cilinic I would suggest T. stemetil MD thrice daily for 3 days. since it is a prescription drug please discuss with your local physician before taking the medication.
kindly get x-ray CS spine to Rule out spondilysis.
hope this will help you.
