Suggest Treatment For Sudden Dizziness In An Elderly Person

I am 61 walk everywhere, drink water & decaf coffee, eat greens and lean meat, work 15 hrs per week, active at home and in the garden but recently I have a faint headed feeling (not dizzy and balance is ok) no headaches and no flu virus. I am generally low BP approx 110/60 but this last 12 days my BP is fluctuating between 125/78 - 140/80.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is not likely that the change in blood pressure is directly related to the dizziness that you are experiencing since they are not that significantly abnormal.

Dizziness can be related to different possible causes such as: (1) fluid loss and dehydration
(2) electrolyte abnormalities , this would be shown with blood tests
(3)anemia
(4)abnormal heart rhythms affecting blood flow to the brain
(5)head trauma
(6)infection

If it continues, then it would be best to see your doctor for an assessment which would include physical examination and may also involve blood tests as well.

I hope this helps
