Suggest Treatment For Sudden Pain In Eye

I have sudden piercing pain in the front of my right eye. It only last a few seconds but it can stop me in my tracks. The pain is like putting a neede thru my temple behind my eye. I do have high blood pressure but it is controlled with medication. (Lisinopril/Hydrochlorothiazide 20mg/25mg.
