Suggest Treatment For Sudden Pain In The Elbow

I am a 51 year old female. I have had pain in my right elbow for about a month. It seemed to come on suddenly and won t go away. It isn t a throbbing pain, but I feel it whenever I rotate my arm at the elbow and especially when I lift objects, even light ones. It is not painful to do a plank, but lifting light weights (5 lb) is painful. In reading the symptoms of tennis elbow, it doesn t seem to be what I have. How can I get the pain to go away?
