Suggest Treatment For Sudden Syncope And Muscle Twitching In Arm

Hi my grand daughter is 14 years old, for the last two years she has been having what appears to me as a seizure. Neurologist doctor do not think so. She passes out with no warning, arms jerking. He thinks it is due to low blood pressure. But no medication given.

I really appreciate your concern, to confirm the condition and to clear the doubt it is better to get done the EEG and MRI if these are unremarkable then it may not be seizure but it could be hysteric attack hope this information helps.
