WOKE THIS AM TO TAKE MEDS AND IMMEDIATELY ROOM STARTED TO SPIN, I FELL IMMEDIATELY ON RUG. SPINNING AND DIZZYNESS CONTINUED. SOME NAUSEOUSNESS. I LAID BACK DOWN, TOOK TIME, CAREFUL SHOWER USING SEAT AND DRESSED. ATE, STILL NAUSEOUS BUT MANAGED WITH CANE TO NAVIGATE HOUSE. STILL FEEL LIKE LYING DOWN AND NECK HURTS. .

In my opinion it might be that misbalanced of arterial pressure happened. Usually it happens when someone gets up rapidly from lying down to upright position. In such conditions we recommend lying down for a while and trying to get a lot of liquids.
