Suggest Treatment For Sudden Vertigo, Severe Nausea And Weakness

In the last three weeks, I have experienced two bouts of sudden vertigo, severe nausea, weakness. The first time I regurgitated for about an hour and was so weak and dizzi, I laid in the floor for two hours waiting for my husband to come home to help me. The second was not as bad as the first, but was still bad. At the onset on each incident, I experienced a shooting pain through the left side of my head.

I really appreciate your concern, it is really difficult to say anything without knowing age detail, of course such vertigo could be due to vestibular dysfunction but in your case this could be due to dyspepsia, hyperacidity may be the cause of this symptoms, better to try 'Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day, else this is nothing to worry, take care.
