Hi doctor if you can kindly advise me a medicine for my wife as she is daibetic and she has tried all the ordinary medicine which are in the market like dionil daimicron gatril neudipar piozer nugap nescum unidon ganovia and she has tried insoline also but with insoline she become more worse as her bp starts becoming up and breathing becomes upset the brand of insoline which she tried are insoget levigate and lentice so pls advise us how to treet her as her sugar does,nt come down less than 360in the morning and in the evening 500 to 600 i mean in between.she is sweatend does,nt feel like to eat and head circling.so pls advise the medicine and any other advice which you like.
