Suggest Treatment For Sun Burns On Neck And Face With Internal Tremors

Have a 10 year old was at the beach. But sun block lotion on him before going stayed about 5 hours there playing on water etc. got home he had sun burn on back neck and face. Went to bed he gets the shakes here n there. Could that be from the sun never seen him like this.
