Suggest Treatment For Sunburn On Legs

I got sunburned about a week ago on my legs. I was wearing sunscreen and the burns weren t bad, just itchy and red, and only painful for the first day. They are still very red and itchy, even though I have applied aloe every day since being burned. Why are they still red?

Hello and thank you for the question!
There are different ways to treat sunburn.I would advice you to try some home remedies to do this. For example,Aloe Vera that you are using is the classic remedy. You can also use:1.Milk,apply cool milk with a clean cloth to your legs.2.Vitamine E,break the capsule of vit E and apply it to the leg.3.Coconut oil is effective too.Despite these,i would advice you to apply cold compresses to your skin, apply gel with ingridents such as:menthol or camphor, avoid sun,use NSAID(ibuprofen) and stay hydrated. If the situation does not gett better, than you have to consult your doctor.
Best regards!
