Suggest Treatment For Sunburn With Severe Pins And Needles Sensation On Legs

I was out in the sun for about 4 hours yesterday floating in a tube down the river and forgot to put sunscreen on my legs when i got home they immediately started hurting really bad and were really burnt. it hurts to stand or sit with my feet on the floor the only time the pain lessens is when i have my feet up or im laying down, it gets a little better when i walk but is pins and needles when i stand still

Hello,

It is a minor superficial burns. As of now clean the area with clean tap water. You can apply over the counter available creams like silverex ointment. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
