Hello,
Suprapubic pain could be due either to some amount of joint laxity in the pubic symphysis as divarication initiates during early last trimester is some persons. Apart from this, persistent Braxton-Hicks' contractions also have to kept in mind. The fact that you have a cervical encirclage can also lead to such pain as the uterus enlarges and the nerve endings are on pressure. Whatever it is, you should not ignore it and report the matter to your attending gynecologist for further management, if any. For relief of pain from the injection, please use cold compresses as they are very helpful. Wish you safe motherhood.
