Suggest Treatment For Supraspinatus Tendonitis

Due to severe shoulder pain, allopathy doctor has done manipulation but

the result is not there. Now it is diagonised by means of x-ray as SUPRASPINATUS TENDONITIS'.

Doing yoga regularly (ofcourse with pain) and consuming medicines but no relief yet.

What do you suggest please?
