Suggest Treatment For Sustaining Heat In The Fingers That Were Injured

sorry for my weak english
in 7/3/2009 I hit a sharp glass by my right hand and in my wrist its cut 6 tendons and partial cut in median nerve by ratio 80% and make surgrey and physical therapy.
First couldnt have sense and weak move 3 fingers but now l cant stand heat in them and l have high sense and the power of my hand is 75% and also have pulb about the meadian nerve in the cut part
