Suggest Treatment For Swelling After Carpal Tunnel Surgery

Hi, I had carpal tunnel surgery 10 days ago .. we removed 3 of the 4 sutures today. They were tied off quite tightly. I have a bit of swelling and he 4th one we can t seem to remove with out it being very sensitive. Any Suggestions to remove would be appreciated.
