Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Bruise Around The Calf

I fell in the shower about a week ago and hit my right shin. It swelled and has bruised from the bump around the calf and down to my foot. I can walk on it and stand on it without pain, but it aches and is still swollen and hot, not as hot as earlier. Could I have broken/fractured my fibula?
