Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Bruising On Forehead After Falling

I fell on Tuesday - hit my forehead hard - still very tender to touch - a little swelling between the eyes - yesterday started with bruise mark in corner of the eyes - today when I got up the bruise mark had moved to below the eye. Should I have seen or should I see a doctor?
