Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Bump On Foot Caused By Hitting

today at work a bar fell on the middle part of my foot, its still swollen its starting to get red spots on the bump, and i can only move my big toe and the toe neck to it when i try to curl my toes, the last three stay straight up, i'm curious if i fractured it.
