Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In Hand Due To Injury

i seemed to have hurt my hand after i hit the wall with my right hand. The last bone on the little finger felt like it had come out of place. The hand is swollen and very painful. Have taped the third and small finger together however nothing seems to help.

Please advise as to what I can do.
