Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In Left Side Of Vagina

I have been having pain on the left side of my vagina for three days now. First it started off as an itch but now it hurts and it looks swollen. I have no discharge just pain and it hurts to use the restroom. What could this be? I m calling my doctor in the morning but I m so nervous as to what this might be. Thanks
