Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In Leg Due To DVT

I am 40 yo Asian male. I was diagnosed with DVT in November 2009 and taking Lovenox injection (first 5 days) and on Coumadin (2.0 mg daily). New year 2010, I was hospitalized because my right leg was swollen with pain that I could not walk. The Ultra sound shows new clots at my groin area. The vascular specialist was consulted without any recomendation. My family doctor sent me to a hematologist and determined that I have Lupus Inhibitor. I have taken Coumadin since (my INR = 2.5 - 3.0) but now my foot is swollen with pain running up to my calf. It seems like the swelling and the pain are moving to different parts of my right leg (from the groin area to the foot and now to the right side of the ankle back to the back of my calf. Could you please tell me what my options are and any recomendation. Thank you.
