Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In Limbs

My wife is about 58 yrs.old and doctors diagnoised numonea 3 yrs.back. we have consulted a specialist doctor (Dr.Chandrasekhar,S) in Immunology & Rheumotolgy. After so many related tests, he prescribed medicines for joint pains and swelling in ankle joints and forehands. But, we felt that getting his appointment & waiting hours together has become a problem for us. During the usage of the medicines, there was some improvement and pain was reduced but not completely cured. Now, again her limbs swollen and unbearable pain. Can this dicease be cured? Which specialist doctor we should consult? Please advise.
