Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In My Knee

i just started working out now that my second child is 1 1/2 and i noticed after i was finished my right knee is swollen a little on the top. it hurts sometimes but for the most part is just seems to be a little swollen. do you think this i because i am over weight. i am 5'2 and 170 lbs
