General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to varicose vein. The ultrasound can check for blood clots, which you have already done. Thus, you should not be worried. I suggest to continue using Furosemide 20 mg to relieve the swelling. I also suggest to use compression stocking and maintain the leg elevated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
